We are online training


According to law 30/2015, of 9 September , which regulates the system of vocational training for occupation in the workplace, all companies with employees and which pay the vocational training contingency within the national territory are entitled to an annual amount of credit (which cannot be accumulated) for staff training.

This credit line makes it possible to partially recover the investment that businesses make in training via allowances in their Social Security contributions, after processing the application pursuant to the Tripartite Foundation for Training in Employment.

We handle this procedure at no extra cost.

The steps to apply for a course allowance are as follows:

Once you have registered and we have ticked YES in the box for a course allowance, you will receive an email with 3 links:

  • Record of adherence to the agreement: we need 2 originals signed by the company’s legal representative.
  • LRW: if there is legal representation of the workers (LRW), we will deliver the resolution of the signed report.
  • Grouped company and employee forms: these forms are completed online. We must receive them 12 days before the course is scheduled to start.

To have access to the allowance:

  • The participant must complete at least 75% of the training course (coursework).
  • Each company will be notified of the final allowance amount via email, together with instructions for applying for it.
  • By law, the training course requires cofinancing on the part of the company. If you have any questions about the amount subject to an allowance, please consult us.
